These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player," "User," "you") and fb009 ("fb009," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fb009.org and all related subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fb009 Platform — including but not limited to creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or accessing customer support — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the fb009 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gaming, including but not limited to jurisdictions placed on any international gaming blacklist;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, consultant, or contractor of fb009 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiary entities, game providers, or payment processors;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fb009 or had your account closed for a violation of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the fb009 Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fb009 account credentials, including your registered email address, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes or one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number.

You agree that you will not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstance. fb009 will never request your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from fb009 is fraudulent.

You must notify fb009 immediately upon becoming aware of or suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your account. fb009 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or other consequence arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from your failure to promptly notify fb009 of any security breach.

fb009 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), UnionBank of the Philippines, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), Coins.ph, and USDT via the TRC20 network. fb009 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice to players.

• The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Pesos One Hundred (₱100.00);
• The maximum deposit amount per transaction is subject to the limits imposed by the relevant payment provider and fb009's internal risk management policies;
• fb009 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which fb009 bears no responsibility;
• All deposits must originate from an account, wallet, or card held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Deposits made by credit card facilities, where applicable, are entirely at the discretion of the payment provider and fb009 does not guarantee credit card deposit availability.

fb009 operates exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and game stakes are denominated in PHP. Deposits made in other currencies, where the payment provider permits conversion, will be credited at the applicable exchange rate determined by the payment provider at the time of transaction. fb009 is not responsible for any exchange rate discrepancies or conversion fees imposed by third-party payment services.

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their fb009 account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Pesos Two Hundred (₱200.00);
• Your fb009 account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed;
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified in your name, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations;
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the following indicative timeframes: GCash and Maya — five (5) to thirty (30) minutes; Coins.ph — approximately fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes; BPI, BDO, UnionBank — one (1) to three (3) banking business days; USDT TRC20 — approximately fifteen (15) minutes, subject to blockchain network congestion;
• fb009 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds as determined by its internal risk management policies;
• fb009 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, network fees applicable to cryptocurrency withdrawals and any fees imposed by the receiving financial institution are the sole responsibility of the player.

fb009 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline withdrawal requests pending the resolution of any fraud investigation, identity verification inquiry, or suspected breach of these Terms. In such cases, fb009 will notify the affected player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

fb009 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback programs, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. All promotions offered by fb009 are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms communicated for individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who are 21 years of age or older and have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms;
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period if requirements have not been met;

• Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion;

• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms or wagering requirements through arbitrage, bonus abuse, or any other strategy deemed abusive at fb009's sole discretion will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.

All games offered on the fb009 Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as specified within the game interface, and by the terms of the respective third-party game provider. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game provider's terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to platform-level matters, and the game provider's terms shall prevail with respect to game-specific rules and mechanics.

fb009 games operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that is independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The Platform provides each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage for informational purposes. RTP represents a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any particular return within a single gaming session.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, server error, or any other malfunction that interrupts or affects the outcome of a game in progress, fb009 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Where a game result has been determined by the RNG prior to the disconnection, the determined outcome shall stand. fb009 shall not be liable for any winnings purportedly accumulated during a technical malfunction where the validity of the game result cannot be confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb009 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently terminated, all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the fb009 Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes in any game, including but not limited to live poker or card game tournaments;
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated means to interact with any game on the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or in the Platform itself;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the sports betting section;
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud to make deposits on the Platform;
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security systems, geolocation restrictions, or IP blocks;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats directed at other players or fb009 staff.

fb009 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, controlled entertainment environment for all players. The Company recognizes that problem gambling is a serious social concern and has implemented the following tools and measures to assist players in maintaining control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. A reduction in limit takes effect immediately; an increase requires a minimum twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period;

No content from the fb009 Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of fb009 or the relevant rights holder. Any unauthorized use of fb009's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to and in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to collect, scrape, or aggregate any data from the Platform by automated means.

The fb009 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb009 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, and materials included on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb009 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in service resulting from technical failures, force majeure events, acts of third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond fb009's reasonable control;
• Any content provided by third-party game providers or payment processors that is beyond fb009's direct operational control;
• Any decision made by a player based on information provided on the Platform, including game strategy guides, odds displays, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fb009's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by fb009's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

fb009 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the fb009 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the fb009 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fb009 is committed to complying with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data will be shared with third parties only as necessary to provide the services described herein, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the rights and safety of fb009, its players, and the public.

fb009 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the fb009 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting fb009 support.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a player and fb009, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through fb009's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint and resolution mechanism, which serves as the competent regulatory authority for disputes arising from the use of PAGCOR-regulated gaming platforms.

For any disputes not resolved through the above processes, the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
